SPA CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover) is required when scheduling all spa appointments. A cancellation or change of appointment date within 24 hours, the day before a scheduled appointment will result in 50% of the service total to be charged to the credit card provided. (Example, a 2:30 Friday appointment canceled at 5:00 on Thursday will result in a 50% charge of the appointment total).
A cancellation, change of appointment date, or no show on the day of an appointment will result in 100% of the service total to be charged to the credit card provided.
