LeBliss Salon and Spa remains one of Louisville's premier, most relaxing environments. In an effort to ensure the most relaxing, and enjoyable experiences for all of our customers throughout the Louisville metro,  and Kentuckiana area, we have compiled some points of interest listed below. Please help LeBliss Salon and Spa continue to provide you and all of our guests with the most enjoyable experience possible.

Cancellations:
To ensure appointments when you need them, we request at least 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. For Spa packages or Wedding packages, we request 48-hour notice for cancellations.

Arriving for your appointment:
To ensure your utmost relaxation, we request that you arrive 10-15 minutes early for all spa appointments. This allows you time to complete any required health forms and change into a robe and slippers without interrupting your service times.

Children:
LeBliss Salon and Spa is a place to relax and experience the ultimate in services. For the safety of your children and the comfort of our guests, we request that only those children receiving services are to be in the salon.

Cellphones:
To ensure a place of relaxation and blissful experiences, we request that all cellular phone remain off or placed on "silent" during your visit.

Gift Certificates:
LeBliss Gift Certificates may be purchased for individual services, or for any dollar amount. While gift certificates may be used for either products and/or services, they are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if they become lost or stolen. Additionally, all gift certificates expire one year after purchase and cannot be extended. Click here to purchase a gift certificate.

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your services. If for any reason, you are not pleased with your results, please let us know promptly so that we may resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
