SPA CANCELLATION POLICY
- For each spa appointment you make, you must provide a credit card number. (We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover)
- You may cancel your spa appointment without charge, 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time.
- Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of your total service price.
- A "No Show" or a cancellation within a few minutes of the appointment time will result in a charge of 100% of your total service price.
- This policy includes the cancellation of one or more services in a group of multiple services for one client.
